Our Head Chef Chris Moore heads up a brigade of dedicated chefs who produce the most fabulous food, with much of our fruit and vegetables coming from our own Walled Garden. Game comes from the estate during the winter months and all the food is sourced as locally as possible.
We are extremely proud to have been awarded our third AA Rosette, making us the only restaurant in East Sussex to hold this accolade, and one of the top 10% in Great Britain and Ireland.
